DAY1 Arrive in Shanghai. Visit
the Yu Garden, the Oriental Pearl Tower,
Shanghai Museum, the Bund.

DAY2 Visit Nanjing Road, go
to Chengdu by air in the afternoon.

DAY3 Take SZ 4401/SZ 4403 dep
06:48/07:10. Visit Tsedang Town
which is 220Km in th south west of Lhasa with the altitude of
3500m.
Visit Yombulakanm, then visit Changzu Temple (the Pearl Temple)
and the first farm land in Tibet.

DAY4 Visit he first monastery
in Tibet. Here you can enjoy the first
monasteries history and the different architecture style among
Tibetan, Chinese and Indian monastery, Then drive 220Km
back to Lhasa.

DAY5 Sightseeing in Lhasa city
at Potala palace and Johkhang Temple,
Bakhore street. Enjoy the Tibetan food for dinner and Tibetan
folk
singing and dancing.
DAY6 Visit Tsepung Monastery
and Norbulinka, the Summer Palace of
Dalai Lama. Both Tsepung and Sera Monastery are yellow sect of
Tibetan Buddhism. (Accommodation: Lhasa)
DAY7 .Exit from Lhasa to Chengdu
by flight (SZ 4420/SZ 4404 dep.
09:30), then transfer to Shanghai.
